A well-accomplished jazz player and composer Hayes has performed and recorded with Jaki Byard, Rashied Ali, Paul Bley, Richie Havens, Barry Altschul and more. He’s travelled the US, Canada and Europe with his own bands, received awards for his CD’s, film scores and work in education.
