Yamano and Cordova have been on jazz stages all over the world. These Sisters of Jazz met one night seven years ago at a Los Angeles dive bar. In amazement, Cordova watched Yamano play with such power that she wrecked the digital piano, the perfect end to a great performance. Cordova knew she found an artist that matched her in talent and power. Since then, the two have worked together and toured the USA. With the pandemic restrictions preventing them from working in-person, each was still able to continue creating music. Yamano performed in Africa and the Middle East, while Cordova worked on new music.
