Rafael Enciso Quintet
Rafael Enciso is a bassist and composer living in New York City. Rafael is becoming a prominent voice in the jazz community, sharing the stage with Dayna Stephens, Frank Lacy, Ingrid Jensen, Darcy James Argue, Emmanuel Michael, Joe Block, Miguel Russell, Nicola Caminiti, Matt Wong, Sam Towse, Esteban Castro, Christian McGhee, and many others. His short time in New York has given him the opportunity to play at a plethora of venues, including Carnegie Hall, the Bermuda Jazz Festival, the Detroit Jazz Festival, the Rochester Jazz Festival, Dizzy's Club, Ornithology Jazz Club, Blues Alley, Cafe Bohemia, and others. Rafael is very excited to debut some of his music at the Soapbox Gallery with his amazing quintet.
