Stéphane Clément, born on October 25, 2000, in Miami, Florida, is a talented artist, trumpeter, and composer. In 2018 and 2019, he received YoungArts prizes in Jazz Trumpet and participated in two Herbie Hancock Institute National Peer-to-Peer tours, showcasing his skills as one of the country's top high school musicians. At 18, he earned a scholarship to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Jazz Studies at Manhattan School of Music, studying under Ambrose Akinmusire, Nadia Noordhuis, and Jon Faddis. Stéphane has collaborated on acclaimed albums with artists like Jahari Stampley and Dion Kerr. Currently, he identifies as an artist, designer, producer, and trumpeter, aiming to bridge connections between art and life, exploring diverse art forms and passions.
Nicolaus Gelin is a 21-year-old musician and artist from Miami, Florida. Between 2017-2020 he received multiple awards for his talents, such as the YoungArts Jazz Trumpet award and performing with the Carnegie Hall NYO jazz band. Nicolaus continued his education at the Manhattan School of Music, where he was mentored by Ingrid Jensen and Jon Faddis and had the opportunity to perform alongside notable musicians like Wynton Marsalis and Marcus Robeerts. Along with his musical pursuits, Nicolaus has also taken a keen interest in black and white film photography and recently began exploring visual art in fall 2022.
